This function within BE allows an agent to log a new record.
- Inbound Contact
- My Data
- Take an Inbound Contact
- Choose Form
Pressing the tab key on the keyboard cycles the focus of the webpage through each of the fields in sequence.
An outcome must be chosen for the record to be saved.
