Paste the link into the body of your email template. Options under the HTML Email Sending section of the BXP Communications Module and options for email sending under the configuration for Form outcomes support using a HTML link tag in addition to plain text.

A plain text link in an outcome email. A HTML Link like the one above could be used here also.
