Once you have your file uploaded to the server, copy the link that is displayed on screen, this link will allow anyone who has it to download the file from the BXP infrastructure.

Paste the link into the body of your email template. Options under the HTML Email Sending section of the BXP Communications Module and options for email sending under the configuration for Form outcomes support using a HTML link tag in addition to plain text.

Paste the [[File:Email_Link1.jpg]]A HTML link into the body of your in a Comms Centre email template. You can do this as raw  [[File:Email_Link2.jpg]]A plain text or using a link in an outcome email. A HTML href tagLink like the one above could be used here also.
