As a result of the addition of this field some minor adjustment of the tabs and the fields on each tab were made.
* Tab 1 was changed from "Features" to "Settings"
* Tab 2 is a new tab called "Filters"
* The field "Features" was moved to "Filters"
* The field "Filtering On / Off" was renamed to "Filtering"
* The field "Filtering" was moved to "Filters"
* The new field "Limit Categories" was added to "Filters"
* The field "Private / Public" was moved to the "Notifications" tab
