Add the primary details to the Exam that you are about to build. Options include:-

- Name
- Layout
- Available From
- Available Until
Type - The type of form should be selected here, i.e. Examination <b>Name - Give the exam a name <b>Layout - Choose how you would like the exam to appear - Horizontally or vertically
