It is possible to delete Forms and their entire data sets. This however means that the data is unrecoverable except through the backup processes of an All n One implemented action. A safer and more process friendly approach is to retire a form.

1 Retiring forms

It is now possible to retire a Form without deleting the data. A "retired" form removes the Form from all active lists but does not delete the data from the bxp servers. This data can be restored as required by an end user without the need for All n One support.

The retire option is available from:

Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Form Deletion - Form Retire > Select the form

2 Restoring forms

The restore a form, the option is available from:

Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Form Deletion - Form Restore > Select the retired form

If you have any queries or questions about this process please contact our support team and we'll be glad to talk to you through the process.

3 Mass retire forms

To further the effort of cleaning up a lot of forms quickly, it is possible to Mass Retire forms.

Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Form Deletion - Mass Retire Forms > Select the forms and click "Retire Forms"
