Form - Security Access

In the section Database - Security Access, the following functionality occurs:
- Campaign - Profile access to a user
- Campaign - Single - Add - User to campaign
- Campaign - Multiple - Add - Users to campaign
- Campaign - Multiple - Add - Campaign to users
- Campaign - Multiple - Remove - Users from campaign
- Profile access to a Database
- Add Security groups to a Database
- Add Databases to a security group
- Remove Security groups from a Database
- Remove Databases from a security group

1 Campaign - Profile access to a user
- Choose the campaign.
- A list of users with access to this campaign will be returned to the screen.
- The date and time of the users last activity with this campaign will also be listed.
2 Campaign - Single - Add - User to campaign
- Choose the campaign from the dropdown list.
- Choose the user for the dropdown list below the campaign list.
- Store assignment.
- This user now has access to this campaign.
3 Campaign - Multiple - Add - Users to campaign
- Choose the campaign.
- Check the box beside the users you wish to grant access to.
- Alternatively, you can select all using the Select All button at the top of the page.
- Save and continue.
- These users have not been added to this campaign.
4 Campaign - Multiple - Add - Campaigns to Users
- Lookup the user to add multiple campaigns to.
- Enter their name in the text box if you know it.
- If you do not know their name, click on the Lookup button at the top of the page.
- A complete list of users will be returned to the screen.
- Click on the user you wish to add campaigns to.
- A list of campaigns will be returned to the screen.
- Check the box beside the campaigns you wish to add.
- Alternatively, Select All the campaigns listed by clicking on the Select All button at the top of the screen.
5 Campaign - Multiple - Remove - Users from Campaign
- Choose the campaign.
- A list of users will be returned to the screen.
- Check the box beside the users that you would like to remove from the campaign.
- Click the delete button.
- These users can be added again at a later date.
6 Profile access to a database
- Choose the campaign.
- The groups with security access to this campaign will be returned to the screen.
7 Add Security groups to a Database
- Choose the campaign from the dropdown list.
- Choose the group from the list of groups from the dropdown list.
- Store the assignment.
- This security group has now been added to the selected campaign.
8 Add Databases to a Security Group
- Select the group from the list of groups listed on the screen.
- Choose the campaigns from the list by checking the box beside the name.
- Alternatively, select all the campaigns byt clickin the Select All button at the top of the screen.
- Click Continue.
- This security group has now been added to the campaigns selected.
9 Remove Security Groups from a Database
- Choose the campaign.
- Select the group you wish to remove access to by checking the box beside their name.
- Click the Delete button.
- This group no longer has access to this campaign.
10 Remove Databases from Security Groups
- Choose the Group.
- Select the campaigns you wish to remove from this security group by checking the box beside their name.
- Click Delete.
- These campaigns have now been removed from this security group.
