*Choose the Campaign.

*Confirm this is the campaign that you wish to delete. Form - Delete (Form and Data)

*Note - This action is irreversible and immediateChoose the Form.

*Only click Delete Campaign and Data if Confirm this is the form that you are sure wish to delete.  *Confirm this is the campaign form that you wish to delete.   Warning! This action is immediate and irreversible   = Emergency recovery =  Backups are made every 24 hours for client systems and maintained for 6 months, so it is possible to recover data from a backup.
