1 Instant - Reminders and Case Management

  1. Reminders - By Camapign
  2. Reminders - By Period
  3. Reminders - By Individual
  4. Case Reporting - Open Cases
  5. Case Reporting - Exception Cases

  7. Case Reporting - All Cases
  8. Case Reporting - All Cases - Case Report Format

1.1 Reminders - By Campaign

  • Choose the campaign from the list on the screen.
  • If there are any reminders associated with this campaign they will be returned to the screen.
  • If there are no reminders associated with this campaign, none will be returned.

1.2 Reminders - By period

  • Choose the date period you would like to report from.
  • Click Select.
  • A list of Reminders for that period of time will be returned to the screen.
  • If there are no reminders available, none will be returned to the screen.

1.3 Reminders - By Individual

  • Choose the date period you would like to report from.
  • Choose the user you would like to base the report on.
  • Click Select.
  • The Reminders for that user will be returned to the screen for that time period.
  • If there are no reminders associated with that particular user, then none will be returned.

1.4 Case Reporting - Open Cases

  • Choose the date period you would like to report from.
  • Choose the campaign.
  • Click Select.
  • A list of Open Cases will be returned to the screen showing all Incomplete records in this campaign.

1.5 Case Reporting - Exception Cases

  • Choose the date period you would like to report from.
  • Choose the campaign.
  • Click Select.
  • A list of Incomplete and Complete records will be displayed on the screen in a report.
  • This report will show:
  1. The Contact Type
  2. The Start and End Interaction time
  3. The status of the record
  4. The Duration of the record

1.6 Case Reporting - ReOpened Cases

  • Choose the date period you would like to report from.
  • Click Select.
  • A Case Timings report will be generated and displayed on the screen.
  • This report displays:
  1. Campaign Name
  2. Record Number
  3. Previous Close
  4. ReClose
  5. Duration between closes

1.7 Case Reporting - All Cases

  • Choose the date period you would like to report from.
  • Choose the campaign.
  • Click Select.
  • A report will be generated and displayed on screen showing:
  1. Incomplete records
  2. Complete records
  3. The contact count on these records
  4. The Start and End interaction dates and times
  5. The status of the record (The Outcome)
  6. The Duration of the record.

1.8 Case Reporting - All Cases - Case Report Format

  • Choose the date period you would like to report from.
  • Choose the campaign.
  • Click Select.
    • A report will be generated and displayed on screen showing:
  1. Incomplete records
  2. Complete records
  3. The contact count on these records
  4. The Start and End interaction dates and times
  5. The status of the record (The Outcome)
  6. The Duration of the record.
