Database Management - Campaign building

BE allows users to create campaigns to fulfill their business requirements. Beacuse BE is extremely user-friendly, building a campaign is extremely straight-forward. Users who have access to the system can: Add, Edit, Copy, Search and Delete campaigns as they wish.

Add a Campaign

To Add a campaign, make sure to give it a descriptive, unique name. Choose if it will be an Inbound, Outbound or Blended campaign. Choose the date the campaign will be available from and the date the campaign will be available until. It is important that the available until date is set to a date in the future to avoid the campaign becoming unavailbable unexpectedly due to an expiry date.
