The bxp bulletin is a newsletter aimed specifically at bxp users. This bulletin provides a round up of the changes and relevant news for the last week.

2 New

2.1 System Wide

LinkedIn skills. You should be recognised for the effort you have put in to learn bxp. Just add "bxp software" to your list of skills and let us know so we can endorse you. Nothing like having the software manufacturer endorse you for their product. Just add it today and let us know.

Wixi Updates RSS feed. Our Wixi has taken a massive overhaul during December 2015. A new tool suite called BlueSpice has been installed and customised to provide new functionality. The primary enhancement of this functionality is a new RSS feed notification tool to let System Champions know, via a Sky News-esque ticker of all the changes going on in bxp. 2.2 Modules

Project Management now looks after the project setup and management. As a result Time Tracker has now been massively slimmed down.

2.3 Functions

First Tutorial is a new tutorial engine for new users. You can read more here. First_Use_tutorial

Inbound Contact now has an improved function and a new function. Lookup a record now has a new layout which facilitates sorting in an ascending and descending manner. Just look up a record in any form. A new AJAX dynamic listing function has been built and is also available. Read here for more details Lookup_an_entry_-_Dynamically

3 Security

The contact department of bxp software, (support@bxpsoftware.com and support@allnone.ie) will now send an automated acknowledgement of the receipt of your email to the inbox. This does not signify that someone has read the email, rather provides confirmation that your email has arrived with us and will be processed as quickly as possible.

The contact department has also made it easier to speak to someone as you come through our IVR. So next time you're ringing through to us, you'll hear the difference.
