The bxp bulletin is aimed at bxp users and it provides a round-up of our news for the last week.

2 New

2.1 Sections

020.png Time Tracker has a new section called My Reports. NB. This new section will only list data on from the projects to which you have access.


2.2 Functions

016.png There has been a user profiling modification within System Access Management security reports.

  • Main Menu > System Access Management > Security Reports > Security - User Status > Choose a user >
  • User Status now displaying properly
  • Password Strength displayed
  • Expiry of elements now removed
  • Last access / use of all elements now included
  • System Login History (last 20 events)
  • System Use History (last 50 events)


035.png Gamification "From" and "Subject" changes are now possible. These changes are modified at the Scheme level. Gamification_-_Award_Program

  • Main Menu > Gamification > Gamification Management > Scheme Edit > Choose your Scheme > Awards Engine > Awards - Engine >


035.png Gamification comments that are entered from awarding points are automatically added to the bodies of emails sent to the awardee.


048.png 016.png When granting Read or Edit permissions to a user at Book or Chapter level, eCourse Auto Grant Test security permissions can now find all associated tests (stop and support point) and give the users access permissions to these tests at the same time.

  • Main Menu > eCourse Management > Book Management > Book Level Security - Grant read permission
  • Main Menu > eCourse Management > Book Management > Book Level Security - Grant edit permission
  • Main Menu > eCourse Management > Chapter Management > Chapter Level Security - Grant read permission
