The bxp bulletin is aimed at bxp users and it provides a round-up of our news for the last week.

2.1 Functions
How Fast is bxp? - The average page size of bxp is around 11KB but of course this can be affected by the amount of content that is contained within the page been accessed. All images and style sheets are cached where possible in order to reduce load time.
As bxp is a SaaS solution and is accessed entirely through a web browser, the capacity of the users own internal network can greatly affect the speed and load time of content within bxp. Interface Bars - The I Want To Bar is an interface bar within bxp. It's made up of four sections "Reminders" "Change" "Help" "eCourse". http://www.bxpsoftware.com/wixi/index.php?title=The_I_Want_To_bar

MetaData - MetaData is a data retrieval module within bxp that can pull data from numerous sources into bxp. It can then transform this data into reports and also has the ability of transferring data into other systems.

3 Fixes
3.1 Logic
There have been a few modifications and improvements to the Excel form creation / load process.
- Stack auto sets to run, so no need to show Set Working Outcome as part of a sales pitch. Form builds and is ready to go instantly.
- Move Next Record bar also turns on instantly, which makes it easier for users to check that their data loaded.
- Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Primary Management > Form - Create from Excel
There has been a small modification to the Form Management console.
- If you use Question Management, the top Item "All Settings" now shows all form settings.
- Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Primary Management > Form - Edit
Outcome editing got a little more interesting and a bit more usable.
- Listing shows all outcomes, sorted by live, then by order, then by name alphabetically
- Wixi links added to show features of outcomes more easily
- Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Outcome Manager > Outcome - Edit
When you create a new project through the Time Tracker Module, you are automatically brought to the security part of "Add users to project"
- Main Menu > Time Tracker > Management > Add Project
The interval for generating Trend Reports is now remembered for next use
- Main Menu > Data Profiling > Instant - Visualisations > Visualisation - Quality - Trending Report
Rich text editor has now been updated to facilitate tags for putting in FLV / SWF objects.
4 Security
New users must change their password when they first log in, as must existing users who have had their password reset.
The failed login report now has summary totals at the top of the page.
- Main Menu > System Access Management > Security Reports > Security > Login Report - Failed Logins
- Main Menu > System Access Management > Security Reports > Security > Login Report - Failed Logins - IP restricted
You can now change the grouping / ordering of the modules in Add User / Edit user scenarios. Add the querystring parameter

- /security/userUser_Add_Security-details.asp?strOrdering=ByArea
- /security/userUser_Edit_Security-details.asp?ID=1&strOrdering=ByArea
We have made it possible for clients to specify more than one CSS sheet, simply by separating the URLs with commas

- Main Menu > System Access Management > System Management > System Settings > User Interface > CSS
The KeyStat refresh rate is now configurable which causes resubmit of form. This is very useful for wallboard reporting when the report must be kept up to date constantly.

Outcome Security can now add multiple outcomes to multiple users at the same time.
- Main Menu > System Access Management > Security - Content Access > Form Outcome Security - Multiple Add Users to Outcomes
