1 Intro

So what does the All n One Back Office Department actually do?

They provide all of the HR, Accounting and Office Services required to keep the business of All n One ticking over.

2 Human Resources

All n One are very proud to use Peninsula Business Services for our support. ( http://www.peninsulagrouplimited.com/ie/ ) Combining in house support with Peninsula's expertise provides the primary area of HR support for our staff.

Recruitment is done using Linked In and area appropriate sites such as the CCMA ( http://www.ccma.ie/vacancies/ ).

We do not use recruitment agencies for any of our staff.

We have excellent relationships with a number of universities and have an active participation with intern-ship programs with a potential view to hiring those staff.
