Integrated warehousing is used when a form hits 20000 or more records.

bxp will create a set of reporting tables for this form to allow agents to still log records even if reports are running.

When a user goes to run a report it will run on the report tables and not the live form.

This reduces the impact on the reports speed and stops issues with agents logging records in high volume forms.

==IW Lock and Release==

When a user runs a report the report is locked to that person until completion.

This is to make sure if another user comes in to run a report on the same form that it doesn't cut of the first user who ran the report.

Once the report completes it will release the lock on the form and allow another report to be run.

In some rare cases a report may be too large and fail to complete.

In these rare cases a lock may not release but not to worry as there is a way to release the lock through your bxp system.

==Manual Lock Release==

In order to unlock a form for reporting follow the below path and instructions:-

''Main Menu >> Data Profiling >> Integrated Warehousing - Manual Lock Release''

Select the form the report was run on.

If the report was locked it will display the last user who ran the report and the dates and times it was started and completed.

To unlock the form click the button ''Click to unlock this campaign''.

This will release the form and it can once again be reported on.
