Within eCourse you have books, chapters and pages. Quite often you'll want to reorder these things.

Every book, chapter and page, has the ability to have a numeric sort order value stored with it. i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4. When bxp draws the items on screen, it uses the sort order, then it uses the name of an item. So if two books have the same order value, then it'll sort Alphabetically by the name.

To make life simpler within bxp it is possible to use the numbering system directly, or use a hand "drag and drop" engine to reorder items.

Here is how.

To set the numeric value of the book:

To drag and drop reorder the book:
'' Main Menu > eCourse Management > Book Management > Drag and Drop Book Sort Order > ''

= Chapters =

To set the numeric value of the chapter:
'' Main Menu > eCourse Management > Book Management > Reorder Chapters > Select the Book > ''

To drag and drop reorder the chapter:

= Pages =

To set the numeric value of the page:
