== Wixi Searching ==

What is the Wixi? [[What_is_the_wixi]]

To search the Wixi you must go to the home page of the Wixi. You can easily access the Wixi through the “I Want To” bar, or you can go directly to the Wixi without the need to log into bxp.

The URL is http://www.bxpsoftware.com/wixi/

Alternately:
# Log into BE
# In the “I Want To” bar click “Wixi”
# In the top right of the window is a text box for typing into
# Type “bxp” in the box and click “Search”
# This returns all articles with bxp somewhere in the article.

For testing purposes try searching for:
* Interface Bars
* Data Protection
* Backgrounds

== Logging a Help Me! ==

A Help ME! will instantly alert your System Champion by email to your request. It is also copied to the All n One support and development teams so that we can further support your System Champion if required.
# Log into BE
# In the “I Want To” bar click “Help ME!”
# The top boxes will populate automatically from your “My Details” information
# Type your idea into the “My Problem”
# Click the “Send Help ME!” button

If you enter a valid email address into the Email Address field a copy of your suggestions and its unique Id and time stamp will be copied to your email address.

Changes of email address here are temporary and will not update your “My Details”

== Getting Browser Support Info ==

There are a number of key pieces of information support may ask you for:

== Creating a snapshot for support ==

This is useful for showing support exactly what you are seeing.
# Press the Print Screen button
# Open Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Word
# Create a new email / document
# Paste into the email, (Ctrl and V on the keyboard or right click and choose paste)

Alternately you can also hold down the Windows Key and press the Print Screen button. This will create the image in your “Pictures” folder. Here is a useful demonstration video.

== Logging a Suggestion ==

Suggestions are date and time stamped for auditing purposes.

# Log into bxp
# In the “I Want To” bar click “Suggestion”
# The top boxes will populate automatically from your “My Details” information
# Type your idea into the “My Idea / Request”
# Click the Send Suggestion / Request button.

If you enter a valid email address into the Email Address field a copy of your suggestions and its unique Id and time stamp will be copied to your email address.

There is no report to list all your suggestions but the All n One team do have a central report.

Suggestions are copied to the All n One support and development teams as well for potential implementation.

Changes of email address here are temporary and will not update your “My Details”
