After setting up Content Retrieval rules, testing them and ensuring they are working the way you would expect is always a good idea. It may also arise that you want to reapply a new set of rules to a block of emails with your new improved Content Retrieval rules.

= Screen 1 =

The first screen allows you to select some parameters

* CDA Id from is the first record to process against. The system defaults to include just the last email hoovered in.
* CDA Id to is the range to go up to. The system defaults to include just the last email hoovered in.
* Update records means that the rules will not just be processed but also update the CDA fields
* Detailed Output allows the person configuring the rules to see detailed information on how each rule is applied to each record
* BEmail fields asks which BEmail block to process the rules against.
* Rules to process lists on screen the rules that are currently set up on the form

Please be sensible with the ranges you choose to apply to as you will lock up the form whilst you are processing your rules.

= Screen 2 =

* The image is redacted for security purposes

* The top information block are the parameters were provided.

* The next block with the squares shows data of the emails that were included

* The next large grid breaks out the rules and enumerates them to make them easy to refer back to.

* For each email a line of the output, along with the enumeration of the rule is produced and underneath that are the SQL statements that are executed to update the record.
